Returns & Refunds Policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as when you received it (unworn or unused)

Still attached with all original tags
-
Inside the original packaging
-
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package.
Important: Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom-made or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to:

Return the item you have (following the return process)

Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item separately
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.
The same return conditions apply: the item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to complete the refund.
